Duval County and Northeast Florida
Duval is a mixed county and we stock for all of it: concealed-fastener standing seam for the newer Southside and Northside work, and 5V for the historic districts.
1" Snaplock Standing Seam, 1.5" Snaplock Standing Seam, 1" Nailstrip Standing Seam, 1.5" Nailstrip Standing Seam, 1" Mechanical Lock Standing Seam, and 1.5" Mechanical Lock Standing Seam panels in aluminum or Galvalume, with 70% PVDF finishes and no exposed fasteners.

Jacksonville anchors Duval County and it is where ERS Metals actually sits - our yard is on Flagler Center Boulevard on the Southside. That makes Duval the shortest leg we run: panels, trim and accessories go out on our own trucks rather than a freight carrier's schedule, so a Jacksonville jobsite is usually loading the same week the order is fabricated.
Duval is a big, mixed county and the right roof changes with the zip code. Riverside and Springfield are historic districts full of steep-pitch bungalows and Queen Annes where 5V crimp reads correctly and passes review. The Southside, Bartram Park and the Northside are tract subdivisions and light-commercial pads where standing seam and structural panel do the work. We stock for both rather than pushing one profile at the whole city.
Everything east of the Intracoastal - Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Mayport - is a different corrosion problem from the rest of Duval. Salt-laden air attacks fasteners and undercuts paint on steel long before the panel itself wears out. On those roofs we quote aluminum with a PVDF finish, which cannot rust and holds its color, and we say so up front even though it prices higher.
Approvals
Duval County is outside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone - the HVHZ is Miami-Dade and Broward only - so every profile in our catalog can be permitted in Jacksonville.
SL100, SL150, NS150, M100 and M150 carry HVHZ and Miami-Dade approval, which is a higher bar than Duval County requires, so those specs clear plan review with room to spare.
NS100, 5V, RIB and PBR are approved for use outside the HVHZ, which covers Duval County and every other Florida county except Miami-Dade and Broward. They are fully permittable here.
