We collect only what you send us through our forms - your name and contact details - to respond to your inquiry and, where you've asked, to schedule work or provide a quote. We don't sell your information. To have your details removed, email sales@ersmetals.com.
Analytics and cookies
We load no analytics or advertising tags unless you accept them. Nothing third-party runs on your first visit, and nothing runs while you fill in a form unless you have already said yes. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure how the site is used; if you reject, they are never loaded and any tracking cookie left from an earlier visit is cleared from your browser. Your choice is stored on your own device and you can change or withdraw it at any time from the control in the footer.
How long we keep form submissions
Messages sent through this site are held on the web server only until they reach our CRM, and are then deleted from the web server on a scheduled retention sweep.
