We want ERS Metals to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, speech input, magnification, or a reduced-motion setting.

Standard we are working to

We are working to the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard.

Current conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Remediation is ongoing and we do not claim full conformance. An internal review has identified accessibility defects that are not yet fixed, and some published documents are not accessible (see below). We are recording what we find and working through it rather than claiming a standard we have not met.

Documents and PDFs

Some documents published here are third-party certification papers that we receive as scanned images. Their text cannot be read by a screen reader. They are listed in our remediation log, and every one of them is marked on the page it appears on with a link to request an accessible copy. Ask us for any document in an accessible format and we will provide the content another way - readable text, or the same information relayed by a person - at no charge.

Report a barrier

If anything here blocks you - a page you cannot use, a document you cannot read, a control you cannot reach with a keyboard - please tell us. Email sales@ersmetals.com or call 904-206-8316. Tell us the page address and what happened, and we will get back to you and give you the information you were after by another route in the meantime.

How we tested

Review is a mix of manual keyboard and screen-reader checks and code review by the team that builds the site. It is not a certification, and it is not an automated-overlay claim: no widget makes a site accessible, and we do not use one.
