Metal roofing in Fernandina Beach

Fernandina Beach is on Amelia Island at the very top of the state, and its downtown is a fifty-block Victorian historic district. Roofs there are reviewed, and standing seam and 5V both have a legitimate place in that vocabulary. What changes is seam height and panel width, which is exactly the sort of thing we settle before fabrication rather than after.

Nassau County is outside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone - the HVHZ is Miami-Dade and Broward only - so every profile in our catalog can be permitted in Fernandina Beach.

SL100, SL150, NS150, M100 and M150 carry HVHZ and Miami-Dade approval, which is a higher bar than Nassau County requires, so those specs clear plan review with room to spare.

NS100, 5V, RIB and PBR are approved for use outside the HVHZ, which covers Nassau County and every other Florida county except Miami-Dade and Broward. They are fully permittable here.
