Collier architectural review is as strict as anywhere in the state and a substitution after approval is a problem, so the specification is locked before fabrication.

Collier County is the high end of the Southwest Florida coast - Port Royal, Old Naples, Pelican Bay and Marco Island - and architectural standards here are as strict as anywhere in the state. Roof profile, panel width, seam height and color all get reviewed, and a substitution after approval is a problem, so we lock the specification before fabrication.
Naples sits on the Gulf with a wide, low coastal plain behind it. Wilma came directly across Collier County in 2005 and Ian pushed surge up this coast in 2022. Design wind here is high and the county is thorough about it, so approval documentation travels with the order as a matter of course.
Gulf-front and Marco Island work is aluminum and PVDF without qualification. Inland Collier is a different environment entirely: Golden Gate Estates, Immokalee and the agricultural east have large barns and packing operations that structural panel covers economically over open framing.
Approvals
Collier County is outside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone - the HVHZ is Miami-Dade and Broward only - so every profile in our catalog can be permitted in Naples.
SL100, SL150, NS150, M100 and M150 carry HVHZ and Miami-Dade approval, which is a higher bar than Collier County requires, so those specs clear plan review with room to spare.
NS100, 5V, RIB and PBR are approved for use outside the HVHZ, which covers Collier County and every other Florida county except Miami-Dade and Broward. They are fully permittable here.

Getting it there
Naples is served by crated statewide freight out of Northeast Florida. It is a long leg and we will not pretend otherwise: we quote a delivery date with the order and crate the panels so they arrive straight, dry and ready to set.
